24/7 Technical Support
Guaranteed access to support from our service engineers around the clock. Alternatively, we offer 16/5 or 24/5 models. -
Spare & wear parts
Benefit from customized agreements for fast delivery of system-relevant spare parts. We provide wear parts that need to be replaced cyclically or at intervals as scheduled. -
Warehousing
If you wish, we can also take care of warehousing for you. -
Maintenance contracts
We will prepare an individual maintenance plan for you, with advanced scheduling and perfectly coordinated with your production planning, under consideration of defined downtimes. -
Fixed hourly allotment
We can jointly predetermine an hourly allotment for maintenance work and service assignments. It ensures that we can be with you immediately in an emergency without any further bureaucratic effort. -
Calibration agreements
Our licensed partner companies perform calibrations for you on site or in special laboratories. Optionally, you can get suitable spare parts for the downtime. We also conclude individual 24h spare parts service agreements with our suppliers.
- Upgrading and retrofitting
Over several years, we enable high reusability of our systems and equipment. They can be adapted to new products or specifications at any time (retrofit).
We will advise you individually on the appropriate hardware and software modifications.
