NOFFZ Technologies was founded in 1989 and is a globally oriented family business. The headquarters of Noffz Technology GmbH is located in Toenisvorst, Germany. The company currently has nine locations worldwide with more than 200 international employees in Germany, Hungary, Serbia, Mexico, China and the USA.

We realize products and electronic components as well as turnkey and innovative test systems and automation solutions for the entire product development process.
These systems are based on our own test platform, the UTP – Universal Tester Platform.

Our solutions are established in the automotive and telecommunications industries as well as in the application areas of consumer electronics, smart home and medical technology.

Core responsibilities:

  • We are seeking experienced RF System/Software Engineer with core responsibilities in the following areas:
  • Develop customized test systems for applications in 5G wireless devices, automotive radar, autonomous driving, and connected cars.
  • Work directly with customers to define and implement solutions to cutting edge RF & Wireless testing challenges
  • Identify and develop internal technologies for emerging standards

Your tasks:

  • Work as a consultant, technical specialist and partner, with support of the customers in all areas.
  • Develop custom HW/SW test solutions for a wide range of customer test applications, with a focus in wireless test and automotive electronics
  • Work together with NOFFZ Customers Solution Center & Project Development in Germany, Hungary, and USA
  • Collaborate with our Germany, Hungary, Mexico & China offices for cross-border projects

Your requirements:

  • Minimum BS Degree in electrical engineering, computer science or comparable training or experience in this field is required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in test and measurement technology, preferably in the test solutions sector
  • Strong software development skills (C/C++/.Net/LabVIEW/TestStand,….)
  • Experience with hardware automation / test equipment automation
  • Self-motivation and long-term vision to drive opportunities into business success
  • Up to 25% travel to customer sites for consultations, training, deployments, and support.
  • 2-4 trips per year to Noffz Headquarters in Germany for training and meetings.
  • Ability to thrive in customer-facing roles
  • Enthusiasm for diving into new technical challenges

Highly desired skills:

  • Expertise with RF and other test instrumentation
  • Experience in automotive industry
  • Comfortable with National Instrument’s HW & SW products like PXI, LabVIEW and TestStand
  • Working knowledge of German language helpful but not required
