NOFFZ Technologies was founded in 1989 and is a globally oriented family business. The headquarters of Noffz Technology GmbH is located in Toenisvorst, Germany. The company currently has nine locations worldwide with more than 200 international employees in Germany, Hungary, Serbia, Mexico, China and the USA.
We realize products and electronic components as well as turnkey and innovative test systems and automation solutions for the entire product development process.
These systems are based on our own test platform, the UTP – Universal Tester Platform.
Our solutions are established in the automotive and telecommunications industries as well as in the application areas of consumer electronics, smart home and medical technology.

- Work in high tech application areas: 5G, Wi-Fi 6E, C-V2X, Smart city IoT

Your tasks:
- Identify, manage and close new business opportunities for automotive, consumer, and IoT electronics automated test solutions
- Facilitate the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing in order to meet or exceed sales target
- Develop sophisticated test solutions to complex problems by working closely with NOFFZ Pre-Sales and Project Development Teams in USA, Europe, Mexico, and China
- Sell RF and wireless test solutions (WLAN, cellular, Bluetooth, 5G, cV2X, automotive radar, etc.) for automotive, consumer and IoT applications
- Develop and execute a sales plan that focuses on growing revenue from new and existing accounts
- Actively participate in marketing activities such as tradeshows, seminars, conferences
- Travel up to 50% to customer sites and NOFFZ headquarters in Germany 2-4 times per year

Your requirements:
- Highly motivated and success driven with a long-termcommitment to the growth and success of thecompany
- Fully developed tactical solutions sales skills(prospecting, qualifying, closing, and growing existing customers)
- Strong experience with Test & Measurement equipment, RF/wireless knowledge desired
- Demonstrated track record of quota attainment selling complex capital equipment
- Demonstrated success prospecting for and closing new business
- Impressive ability to articulate clear concepts and solutions both written and orally (english mandatory)
- Ideally comfortable with National Instrument’s HW & SW products like PXI, LabVIEW and TestStand
- Highly advantageous to have existing relationships in automotive industry
- Minimum BS degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science or comparable training or experience in this field
- Minimum 5 years of consultative and sales experience in technology services, preferably in the test solutions sector
Highly desired skills:
- Expertise with RF and other test instrumentation
- Experience in automotive industry
- Comfortable with National Instrument’s HW & SW products like PXI, LabVIEW and TestStand
- Working knowledge of German language helpful but not required
